To practice the path of service through labor and commitment for mankind an organization Al Iftikhar Bugvia Foundation was established in 2008 AD by Dr. Anwaar Ahmed Bugvi. The organization is focused on serving the rural ancestral areas of the Bugvi Family in Buggah Sharif and surrounding villages of Khanna, Dhook of District Jhelum. The foundation aims to provide solutions for community problems in the villages related to water, electricity, education, sanitation, cleanliness, health, shelter, clothing, marriage, ration, culture and sports.

The individuals who share the common vision and are aligned with the aims of the Foundation can join on payment of nominal membership fee. The means of income for the Foundation is dependent on contributions by members and prosperous individuals.
