Dar-ul-Aloom Azizia

The Madrassah has been imparting education and enabling students to become a learned Aalim having moderate and sound knowledge of Quran and Sunnah since 1860 AD. These young individuals are made ready to learn and recite the Quran as well as to understand its translation and deeper meaning for human life. The basic curriculum is Dars e Nizami and Quran and combined with worldly subjects which enable students to pursue education compatible to primary and secondary school. The education and curriculum enable students to pursue college education in the degrees of Fine Arts F.A and Bachelor of Arts B.A. The modern education in combination with Islamic education provides an all-round perspective with broad and high aims. The spirit to serve humanity, building of society. Becoming a valuable member of society and help the underprivileged and the weak are inculcated in the personalities of the students. Students are provided boarding, lodging and food during their study. These students belong mostly to poor families and are in need of education. The day scholars from Bhera city also make a substantial part of the student body. The students are imparted education in Sher Shah Masjid Bhera in the Dar ul Hadith and Dar ul Quran Halls. From 1860 AD, on services of more than 150 years’ thousands of individuals have obtained instruction and learning from this institute. The Madrassah ensures that the teachers and students work for national unity, welfare and betterment of our country Pakistan. The will to serve, educate and progress is still strong in the administration and student body of the institution.

Iqra Elementary School

The institute offers education to boys and girls in contemporary subjects as well as in Nazra and Hifz of Quran Majeed. A nominal fee is charged and the students study from primary level till secondary middle school grade. The institute has around a staff of 20 and caters to about 600 students. Around 600 students have completed the Nazra Course and more than 300 boys and girl’s students have completed Hifz Quran from the school. Scholarships for needy students are available and the weaker section of society are also encouraged to be a part of the institute.

Mehta Free Education School

Mehta Middle school provides free education to around 300 deserving students in Bhera in classes ranging from primary to middle. The tuition fees are completely waived of for the students along with provision of free books and uniform for all students. The teaching of Nazra Quran is also compulsory to the students. The students are educated, groomed and trained to become valuable and contributing members of society.

Industrial Home for Women

To build technical and vocational skills in young girls especially belonging to the poor families of the locality an industrial home has been established which teaches them knitting, sewing, printing, croquet and other subjects. The aim of this organization is to impart skills which can help the families through developing small businesses and ultimately become earning members of society. Since its establishment more than 500 young women have received training and skill development courses from the institute. It is also ensured that the young women who show good aptitude, skill and are willing to enter the business are awarded with sewing machines as a startup incentive for their endeavor.
